Open Government: The Privacy Imperative

Last month, O’Reilly released a new book titled Open Government: Collaboration, Transparency, and Participation in Practice. The book is a collection of essays by technologists and policy analysts on the ways that our government can improve using technology. If you’re interested, the chapter titled The Privacy Imperative written by Jeff Jonas and Jim Harper is available for download as a free sample here (pdf).
